Their passion for architecture, commitment to excellence, and ability to inspire those around them have made a lasting impact at THA.

Sudeep Dey: Bridging History and Modernity

With over 20 years of experience in project design and contract administration, Sudeep Dey brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to THA. He was drawn to our firm by a deep appreciation for history and art, and how these elements can be thoughtfully combined with modern architecture and adaptive reuse. His approach integrates the durability of the past with modern functionality, making him a natural fit for THA’s mission of preserving and enhancing heritage buildings.

Sudeep specializes in large-scale institutional projects, where his ability to see the bigger picture is complemented by an exceptional attention to detail. His current work on the York Memorial Collegiate reconstruction is a testament to his talents. There, he serves as a collaborative leader, coordinating staff and consultants with ease and fostering a true team spirit. This project showcases his dedication to working in projects that honor history while meeting today’s needs.

A graduate of the Master of Science in Architecture program at Louisiana State University (1997) and B.Arch. from IIT Roorkee, India, Sudeep’s educational background informs his approach to design. At THA, his passion for adaptive reuse and architectural conservation continues to inspire and elevate the work we do.
